Being a CAPTAIN at Silesia Air means you have:

🔹Minimum ICAO English level 4
🔹Valid 1st class Medical Certificate
🔹Valid ATPL(A) licence
🔹Type training (even expired) on C560XL/XLS/XLS+ an advantage, not a condition, we prefer captains with experience with the same or similar type of jet
🔹At least 1,500 hours of total flight
🔹500 hours flown in commercial air transport
🔹Good CRM is important to you
🔹Willingness to continuous self-improvement
